An example of what the wreath can look like

Sip and Create: Live Wreath Workshop

Sunday, December 8, 2019, 6:00pm

Join Carrie Paulus, Horticulturalist and ISA Certified Arborist, as she leads a 2hr workshop on creating live holiday wreaths using an array of fresh evergreen boughs, pine cones, branches, berries and seed pods. Please join us for a festive, hands-on class! All materials, instruction and care are included to create your own fragrant, fresh holiday wreath. 3 Ribbon choices are also included.

The wreath shown in the photo is made with a 14” wire frame and live evergreens of fir, cedar, juniper and spruce for a fragrant combination. The finished wreaths will measure minimum 16-18”. The greens come already prepared with a floral preservative to extend their freshness and the finished wreath will be sprayed with a moisture sealant after they are completed. Wreaths will last on an exterior door approximately 5-6 weeks and inside approximately 2-3 weeks depending on heat/cold and wind exposure.

$58 includes all materials as well as a glass of cider or wine!
