We just released our dry hopped hard cider. Made with Yakima Valley hops (we used to live and grow apples out there!) The cider has complex aromas of tangerine, spruce and apple. Flavors of grapefruit and lychee dominate the mid palate with an undercurrent of pine and spice at the finish. It’s refreshing, interesting and available in less than three days.
