A whiskey barrel-aged cherry cider. Blend of Jonathan, Cortland and Winesap apples pressed and fermented with Montmorency cherries. Aromas of cherry pie, orchard floor, and smoked caramel. Robust flavors of cherry and apple with notes of baking spice, jam and tobacco. Long finish of dried fruit and with hints of char.
