Bent White

Our 2019 Bent White is a vineyard blend of Aromella, La Crescent, Traminette, and Vignoles. Blending allows the creation of a more complex flavor and aroma profile than just one grape allows. This blend builds on the aromatic intensity of Aromella, the crisp backbone of La Crescent, the nuance and spice of Traminette, and the richness of Vignoles. Vineyard blends add new dimensions to a varietal lineup.

Our estate Bent White has wonderful aromas of tropical fruits and hibiscus. It has a medium body and full mouthfeel that allows the flavors to develop. Pineapple, apricot and subtle notes of spice are lively on the palate and linger through the finish that is both clean and crisp.
