Marquette

Marquette is a promising red French-American hybrid developed at the University of Minnesota. It is a vigorous grower that can survive our frigid winter temperatures and fully matures in a short season.It has smaller, compact clusters and fruits abundantly. Selected out for its ability to produce wines with pronounced cherry and bramble fruit flavors with firm tannins, it is perfectly suited for cold climate grape growing.

Our estate 2018 Marquette is wonderfully aromatic and satisfying. This wine shines with bright aromas of cherry and raspberry. It has a smooth, complex flavor with layers of dark cherry, raspberry and maraschino that ends with a hint of spice.
