Heritage Series – Farmstead

Traditional farmhouse style cider made with Newtown Pippin and Calville Blanc d’Hiver.  The cider is complex yet engaging with a splendid effervescence.  The classic farmhouse cider is expressed with ripe fruit notes and a funky undercurrent.  It has aromas of ripe apple, meadow blossoms and marzipan with flavors of pear, yellow apple and note of bread and peat on the finish.
